Courage is the capacity to see the truth, to follow your heart and to make a difference in the world.

ANGER

A powerful human emotion, and one that is rarely easy to express authentically in today’s world.

How do we work to harness anger? To enable this forceful energy to be used for good?

We can choose to channel this energy, which tells us about a wrong or injustice, to fuel a better vision. To create something to right that wrong, or to restore justice in the face of injustice.

In society it is becoming increasingly important that women harness their anger, offer themselves permission to feel it, and then take empowered action using this energy.

For men, while there is permission to feel anger in society, too often this is used in destructive ways. A way forwards may be finding causes that you connect with, offering your own services of strength and also taking empowered action using this energy.

ACTION

Action and doing are the realm of the masculine.

What are you called to do to create a better world?

Where can you channel your energy?

Explore your community, your causes and your contributions. Where can you direct your time, resources and wealth? How can you show and share your heart with the world?

JOY

Lastly, let’s not forget the joy that binds us together and the goodness of laughter for our souls.
