Appointments Cancellation Policy
Please note that for all appointments for face-to-face services, whether in person or via Zoom, we request at least 48 hours notice of cancellation.
If less than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given, then the full price of the session will be charged.
Online Terms of Service
The following terms of service apply to any service that is purchased online at www.creativesoultherapies.com or other services that do not take place face-to-face.
PURCHASING SERVICES
Payment for services must be received prior to any work being undertaken or service provided. Please ensure you provide an accurate email address at the time of purchasing online, in case there are any queries relating to your payment.
Services at Creative Soul Therapies are personalised for each client. By making a payment for a service you are agreeing that this work will be undertaken at the earliest possible time, which in most cases will fall before the cooling-off period outlined in the UK Consumer Contract Regulations.
cancelling services
If you would like to cancel a service you should email bryony@creativesoultherapies.com
If the work has not yet been undertaken then a full refund will be given (except for late cancellations), which you will receive within 14 days of the cancellation. However, no refunds will be given once the work has commenced, as the services offered by Creative Soul Therapies are tailored to each specific request.
Privacy
Any personal details provided as part of a service or treatment will be kept strictly confidential and held in accordance with the Data Protection Act, except where disclosure is required by law.
Disclaimer
Please note that we are not licensed medical, legal or financial professionals. Information received as part of the service does not replace professional medical, legal or financial advice. We will not give medical diagnoses and do not claim to cure any condition. We are required by law to refer clients to their GP if symptoms indicate a notifiable disease.
You are fully responsible for any action you take following any service or based on any information received during a service. For legal reasons we are obliged to state that any readings are for entertainment purposes only.
