Perhaps best known for her million-hit talks on TED and TEDx, Brené is a highly influential researcher in the fields of vulnerability, shame, emotional resilience and creativity.

In my opinion, Melissa is a very special yoga teacher.

She has a gift for being with you on your journey and connecting with you - via the internet to your home and directly to your heart.

This is a letter to all the women who inspire me - past, present and future.

I feel a rising in the feminine energies in the world, within each person and in the consciousness of humanity as a collective. 

This is also a potent time of year (in the Northern hemisphere) for the Earth element in Chinese Medicine -  a time to connect to our roots, come into harmony with nature, and honour the rich food sources available to us when we look after the environment.

A contract is a term used in Transactional Analysis (TA) which refers to a mutual agreement between 2 (or more) people or organisations. You could also think of it in terms of the commitments being made by each person - see my last post here.

When we meet at the beginning of Creative Kinesiology, we will create together a contract, or joint agreement, for the work we will do.

Rebecca's writings really connect with the energy I am sensing at the moment, in the midst of eclipse season, the recent blood moon and the gorgeous Summer we are having here in the UK. This energy is all about the rising feminine, the sacred feminine of the Earth.

I feel now the rising energies of the sacred feminine. I see this showing up in women reclaiming their power and in men returning to true connection with the Earth.
