Introduction to Creative Kinesiology: Part II

Deer’s medicine includes gentleness in word, thought and touch. The ability to listen, grace and appreciation for the beauty of balance.
— Ina Woolcott

Welcome back to my continued journey in Creative Kinesiology, on the LifeTracking course.

The past month has been a wonderful introduction to the application of Creative Kinesiology, working directly with people using energy medicine and techniques to bring the system into balance.

It has been my honour to witness people's journeys and goals, and enable their energy and bodies to align with their true selves - in areas such as self-confidence, life purpose, letting go of the past, improving body image and easing stress.

This picture, as in the last blog on Creative Kinesiology, is a set of tracks. These are deer tracks. One of the fundamental underpinnings of Creative Kinesiology is tracking the presenting issue, so this image appeared for the blog rather synchronously.

In the past month, I have become increasingly sensitive to the energy flow of the body, and whether this energy feels strong or blocked during muscle testing. Each person is different, and similarly their energy has a unique and subtle vibration, which has assisted my practice of listening closely to each body and energy system. Hearing with greater clarity has enabled me to become more gentle in my touch, to tune in to my intuition, and to enable others to do the same.

The tracking process has been fascinating and amazing, both to myself and to my case study clients. The magic of LifeTracking is beyond normal experiences, and shows the body's perfect knowledge of what it needs to come into balance.

Last month, at the course in a workshop space in North-East Devon, it was a blessing to be so close to nature. One of our group members had the extraordinary experience of seeing a white stag and hind in the wild.

The emblem of the white stag has stayed with me, and I have seen signs wherever I go (sadly not the animal itself though!). In shamanism and other traditions, animals carry a spiritual meaning, and accompany you through your life or during a particular stage. They gift you with the qualities you need at that time.

So the white deer is accompanying me on my journey in LifeTracking.

The deer represents the power of gentleness, sensitivity and love. They embody the sacred secret of peace. They connect to the woodland, magical realms, and the stag's antlers are symbolic of the connection to a higher power. The combination of both male stag and female hind, illustrate balance.  Deer have an alertness to their surroundings and are extraordinarily perceptive.

The colour white is often associated with purification, cleansing, enlightenment and spirituality. It is seen to connect to divine light, angels and healing. White combines all colours of the rainbow and represents harmony, peace and wholeness.

Creative Kinesiology requires the development of skills in gentleness and care, in order to bring balance. Peace is the gift that I, and those in the LifeTracking group, can bring to humanity through gentle touch and sensitive listening.

The deer tracks are a reminder of the spiritual journey that I am undertaking, opening to new ways of being, bringing greater compassion into the world, and exploring the power of my sensitivity.
