In my work I witness people who have trauma trapped in their souls, and I enable them to release, heal and integrate.

This is not a concept discussed in the mainstream, nor culturally acceptable.

However I have seen, and continue to see, that the soul itself carries the trauma of previous life events.

Finding out what you don't yet know.

As you may have recently read in the blog post "Getting Deep with the Hips" I have encountered a wonderful Osteopath, Hannah Parr.

In our work together she is facilitating my body to return to its natural state of ease and optimal wellbeing - specifically the lower half of my body in the hips and legs.
