This is who you are.

This is the brain and the nervous system you have been wired with.

And, they are marvellous.

We are here to live.

Really live. Emotionally, spiritually, intellectually, physically.

To live with energy, authenticity, joy, courage and creativity. This is thriving.

We are moving into a space which is calling us to transcend and transform.

This is the result of an internal pressure from the soul, one that is felt throughout the collective as we go through this unusual period of pausing, retreating and (hopefully) reexamining ourselves together.

The Rising of the Spirit of the Feminine is calling all of us.

March 2020 is proving to be a challenging month for many people, businesses and communities, as we navigate our personal and collective responses to the coronavirus.

And yet, if we look deeper, this time foretells a potential global shift in consciousness through the confrontation of enormous and urgent issues. These may not be the ones that seem most obvious, but rather those which are hidden beneath the headlines.
